In this webinar, hosted in collaboration with the USAID Asia Counter Trafficking in Persons program implemented by Winrock International, the team behind Liberty Shared’s Victim Case Management System (VCMS) presents on the new user interface and mobile interface VCMS Lite - the recently launched new user experience for VCMS to greatly simplify NGO use and application.
During the webinar, the team presents on developing the platform over the past seven years, and the role technology plays in ethical case management and streamlined record keeping. They share personal perspectives on the need for ethical case management practice in service provision and how systematizing data capture allows for heightened service provision and accountability. The presentation series ends with a closer look at the newly launched VCMS LITE as a key tool and solution for frontline workers, for the purpose of offline data capture.
